1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use ace45, you must meet all of the following requirements:

2. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your ace45 account. This includes:

• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying ace45 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ace45 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices. All bets and transactions placed while logged in under your credentials are your responsibility, regardless of who placed them.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on ace45 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer, online mobile banking, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted.

• Deposits are credited to your ace45 balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• ace45 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals may require account verification to be completed first. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal processing held pending KYC review.
• ace45 reserves the right to perform anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering checks on transactions. Transactions identified as suspicious may be held for review or returned.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

4. Betting Rules and Bet Settlement

The following rules apply to all bets placed on ace45, whether pre-match or live in-play:

• A bet becomes binding once it is confirmed on the bet slip. Confirmed bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• Bets on events that are postponed before they start are typically voided and the PHP stake returned. Specific handling of postponements and cancellations varies by sport and is governed by the ace45 Sports Betting Rules.
• In the event of a technical fault affecting odds or markets, ace45 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Bets placed at odds that were published in error (palpable error) will be voided. ace45 reserves the right to correct or void such bets at its discretion.
• Winnings are credited to your PHP balance automatically after the event result is officially confirmed.
• Parlays require all legs to win. If one leg is voided due to a postponement, the parlay recalculates with the remaining legs at adjusted combined odds.

5. Promotions and Bonuses

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting the ace45 support team. Any pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining balance returned subject to applicable verification requirements.
